What if I miss my appointment?

24 hours notice is required for cancellation without a fee.  If you are canceling your appointment in less than 24 hours, you will be charged a fee of $75*If you are unable to cancel online, please email HelixTherapy@gmail.com to advise your therapist of your status.

What is my Copay?

All insurance carriers and plans pay different amounts towards your therapeutic services.  We do not verify insurance eligibility prior to your initial session so, it is your responsibility to know your copay amount and be ready to make the payment, in full, at the time of each session.

How do I make a payment? 

There are a few ways to make a payment on your balance. Payment is due, in full at the time of service so you are welcome to make your payment just before or immediately following your scheduled appointment. Simply follow the "Make a Payment" link on this website or choose to securely keep a credit card on file to be charged after each session with your therapist. 

*Please note, you credit card will not be charged without your prior knowledge.  All arrangements made with your therapist to settle any balance will be honored and respected.
